Outer pages a bit soiled, but a good copy. This is the 35-38th issue ( fascicule in French) of the prestigeous Brussels' periodical devoted to the art of the book. It covers the whole subject : typography, lettering , binding, illustration.Its pre-war publications (before 1914) are rightly famous for the beautiful typographical execution. The project , animated by Henri Liebrecht, could rely on the aid of the main Brussels printing houses, paper and ink suppliers. ( e.g. Imprimerie Goossens, établ. Malvaux .). They published 4 issues per year ( fascicules ).

Rare complete catalogue of an exhibition organised in the Plantin-Moretus Museum of the typographical production of these two leading Belgian publishers. Most of the exhibited books were shown in the Paris Art Deco exhibition in 1925. Very fine typography.
