The cloth retains a highly attractive, deep colour profile, exhibiting only minor, surface marks/splashing that are not noticeable under normal room conditions and only discernible when held directly to a raked light source. Structurally square, tight, and remarkably strong. Unlike most surviving copies of this massive, heavy text block, the internal hinges and joints remain perfectly secure and unbroken.
