Two vintage studio still photographs from the 1961 film. Based on the 1946 novel by Leslie Edgley. A woman on the train is knocked unconscious by a man with a gun after she sees a woman who appears to be dead laying on the floor behind him. When she comes to she is questioned by police as a murder suspect. When she returns home to her apartment there is another dead bdy already planted there. Set in California. 10 x 8 inches. Near Fine.

Treatment script for the 1967 film, seen here under its French title "Peau d'Espion." With a few small annotations in manuscript ink throughout. Incomplete as issued. Text in English. Based on screenwriter Jacques Robert's 1967 novel "Peau d'Espion," wherein an playboy writer becomes involved in a communist plot. Housed in a titled manila folder. Title page present, with credits for director Edouard Molinaro and screenwriter Jacques Robert. 12 leaves, with last page of text numbered 11. Typescript on onionskin stock, rectos only. Pages Very Good plus, lightly creased, bound with a staple and a paperclip at the top left corner.

Vintage borderless reference photograph, with bottom margin, of director Christian-Jaque and Michele Mercier on the set of the 1966 film. Layout annotations in manuscript pencil, "APIS" stamp, and photographer "Jean Guyaux" stamp, on verso. Based on the 1961 French novel by Jean Laborde. The married renowned lawyer Pierre Montant becomes infatuated and has an affair with the young student Nathalie, a dancer in a discotheque working her way through medical school. When she breaks up with him, unable to bear the clandestine affair, he threatens her at gunpoint. 11 x 8.25 inches. Very Good plus with mild creasing and edgewear.
