Vintage studio still photograph from the 1970 film. During World War II, a group of American soldiers are dropped behind German lines to blow up a dam, but all but one of them are caught and killed. The sole survivor is picked up by a group of kids who want in on sabotaging the Nazis. Set in Northern Italy, shot on location in Gazzola, Italy. 8.25 x 6.75 inches, trimmed. Very Good plus, with creasing along the top and right edges, and some slight wear to the finish.

A precursor to Italian neorealism, co-written by future directors Mario Monicelli and Antonio Pietrangeli. Inspector Mariani (Massimo Girotti) suspects a group of young criminals (led by a professor's son Stefano [Jacques Sernas]) are actually university students, so he enrolls to investigate, and falls in love with Luisa (Carla Del Poggio), sister of Stefano. Set in post-war Rome. 8 x 10.5 inches. Near Fine.
