The title of the piece appears twice on the cover - one is right-side up and the other is upside down. Light green cover with two subtle images in the background: a high chair and a rocking chair corresponding to which way you hold the sheet music - right-side up or upside down. Vignette drawing in a 'frame' in the center of the front cover can be viewed in two ways: upright, it shows a baby's face; when the cover is flipped, it shows the face of an old man. These conform with the drawings and the titles. The back cover has b/w photograph of two country yokels (bumpkins), with the caption: "Featured by LONZO and OSCAR - - - Victor Record 20-2563". Roosevelt in 1933 in response to businesses engaging in harmful methods of competition. The stamp was a way to quickly communicate to consumers that your company was participating in this program.
