Pages clean and unmarked. Souvenir book for Windjammer: The Voyage of the Christian Radich (1958), the only feature film shot in the widescreen Cinemiracle process. Produced by Louis de Rochemont, it follows the Norwegian school ship Christian Radich and her cadets from Oslo to Madeira, the Caribbean and New York and home again. Alan Villiers, technical consultant on the film, contributes The School of the Sea, including his account of the loss of the Pamir in 1957, and Sailing a Square-Rigger. Also includes a cadet's shipboard diary, a glossary of ship's terms, a color section of stills, and chapters on the Cinemiracle camera and projection system by director of photography Gayne Rescher.
