A tear at the bottom of the spine exposes the binding. There is soiling to the cover and pages, with heavy creases and tearing. The corners have some heavy rubbing. Several cracks in the… spine throughout the book. A few pages appear to be coming loose, but a majority appear to be secure. Stock photos may not look exactly like the book.
