Los resultados son bastante interesantes, ya que los aminoácidos son capaces de mejorar la transmitancia óptica, la separación de la banda de energía óptica, la profundidad de la piel, la eficiencia de generación de armónicos no lineales de segundo y tercer orden del cristal ADP. Los aminoácidos puros y varios como la L-treonina, L-serina y cristale…s ADP dopados con L-fenilalanina se cultivan utilizando la técnica de evaporación lenta de disolventes a temperatura ambiente. El estudio de DRX en polvo muestra la estructura tetragonal centrada en el cuerpo de una sola fase de todos los cristales cultivados. La espectroscopia FT-IR confirmó la presencia y la alteración de varios grupos de función del cristal ADP al dopar los aminoácidos en él. La espectroscopia FT-Raman reveló la presencia de varios modos normales de vibraciones para cristales ADP puros y dopados con aminoácidos. El estudio de Fotoluminiscencia ha demostrado la existencia de los Excitones Auto-atrapados (STE), el aumento del desplazamiento de la chispa y los estados de relajación de la vibración. El análisis del CHN muestra el aumento del porcentaje de carbono, hidrógeno y nitrógeno al aumentar la concentración de dopaje de varios aminoácidos en el cristal ADP. The FT-Raman spectroscopy revelled presence of various normal modes of vibrations for pure and amino acids doped ADP crystals. The Photoluminescence study has shown existence of the Self Trapped Excitons (STE), increase of the stoke shift and the vibration relaxation states. The CHN analysis shows the increase of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen percentage on increasing the doping concentration of various amino acids in ADP crystal. The TGA/DTA study indicated that the amino acids makes ADP crystal thermally less stable. 100 pp. Englisch.

De poeder XRD studie toont de eenfasige lichaam gecentreerde tetragonale structuur van alle gekweekte kristallen. De FT-IR spectroscopie bevestigde de aanwezigheid en verandering van verschillende functiegroepen van ADP-kristal op doping van de aminozuren in het kristal. De FT-Raman spectroscopie heeft de aanwezigheid van verschillende normale trillingswijzen voor zuivere en aminozuurdoteerde ADP-kristallen bevestigd. El estudio de DRX en polvo muestra la estructura tetragonal centrada en el cuerpo de una sola fase de todos los cristales cultivados. La espectroscopia FT-IR confirmó la presencia y la alteración de varios grupos de función del cristal ADP al dopar los aminoácidos en él. La espectroscopia FT-Raman reveló la presencia de varios modos normales de vibraciones para cristales ADP puros y dopados con aminoácidos. El estudio de Fotoluminiscencia ha demostrado la existencia de los Excitones Auto-atrapados (STE), el aumento del desplazamiento de la chispa y los estados de relajación de la vibración. El análisis del CHN muestra el aumento del porcentaje de carbono, hidrógeno y nitrógeno al aumentar la concentración de dopaje de varios aminoácidos en el cristal ADP.
