From the Preface It is a matter of great pleasure and honour to go through the English rendering of Sri Ramacharita Manasa the monumental work of the saint poet Tulashi Da…s and write a few words in way of foreword to this book. The English translation has been done by an erudite scholar who was whole heartedly dedicated to the supreme reality in his thoughts words and deeds. The language used in translation is easy flowing and appropriate to the core. The style is superb. One can not resist the temptation of reading and enjoying the translated verses of one entire chapter without any pause and that too with much delight because of its lucidity and simplicity.
