Le recueil contient également des épîtres en prose ou en vers adressées à différents poètes dont quelques unes à un tourangeau peu connu : Alexandre-Louis Ouvrard de Martigny seigneur de Nazelles, près d'Amboise (qui publia plusieurs pièces sous le nom de l'Anonyme des environs de Tours ) La Louptière, quant à lui, ne s'oublie pas et donne une très narcissique généalogie de sa famille (champenoise) sur plusieurs pages dans le second tome. Suivi de: NEUFCHATEAU (François de). Pièces fugitives. A Neufchateau, chez Monnoyer [1766]. Edition originalerare. Nicolas François, dit François de Neufchâteau, puis comte François de Neufchâteau, est un écrivain, homme politique et agronome français, né en 1750 et mort en 1828. Des vers qu'il composa, à l'âge de 12 ans lui valurent l'approbation de Rousseau et de Voltaire, qui répondait à une de ses épîtres par ces vers flatteurs : "Il faut bien que l'on me succède. Et j'aime en vous mon héritier." En 1766, âgé de 16 ans, il publiait son recueil Pièces fugitives (après avoir publié Poésies diverses).
