A limited run of issue Nos. 18, 25-38, 43 Started out bimonthly then it became a weekly. Many issues have previous owners name written in pencil the front wrap, Issue No. 18 has small stain in upper right corner of front wrap, many are edge and shelf worn. Officially reflecting the views of the Trotskyist Fourth International on international events it was really an both an international news journal and a factional paper reflecting the views primarily of those supporting the US Socialist Workers Party on international questions.
