The front cover is present but has come loose from the binding. The first couple of pages have some slight damage in the right hand corner; thereafter all pages are fully present and intact. S…ome of the back pages have some slight damage also. Much age toning which is age appropriate. The name "S: Geor." is written in old cursive ink on the title page. And the name Charles H. Wharton is written in pencil on that same page also. Fair condition but still a treasure to behold.
