Section 31 (The Jewish Question) criticizes "Criminally minded apostate Bolshevik Jews" for "agitating the issue of anti-Semitism" as a cover for their subversion. In Section 32 (The Criminal and Apostate Jews Against Whom A War Of Exposure Must Be Wages), Stokes documents the anti-Christian animus of Jew-Communists.
