Mimeograph duplication on pink stock, rectos only, with rainbow revision pages laid in and bound in throughout, dated variously between 8/6/69 and 8/12/69. Pages lightly foxed on the edges, else Near Fine, wrapper about Near Fine, bound with two gold brads.
