The author's note explains that Green and Golden Island is an expansion of diary entries and letters written by Norman Miller during his first fourteen months on the old Cape Maria van Diemen Lighthouse. A similar approach was taken for the second story. Condition (dust jacket): intact but some creasing/tearing at the edges and some tanning/spotting internally and on the back covering. Condition (book block): navy blue cloth with gilt (gold) titles along the spine - hint of internal tanning plus some slight spotting on the book's fore edge. pp. 125/16mo. Signed by the authors.
