Jo was at sea at age 16 during WWII. These stories follow him from Leith to Truro to the Panama Canal. From the Thousand Islands to King George Dock in Hull. He is sailing on vessels as small as 12 feet and as large as the ocean-going Samwinged. Jo was born in England, of Norse heritage, and lived (until his passing in 2011) in Ontario.
