The second title is:- A Plain Guide to Landlords, Tenants, and Lodgers, With a Collection of Useful Forms. In the original blind stamped red cloth with gilt decorated front board. Boards slightly soiled, else a very good plus copy. A rather scarce item of considerable interest to legal historians and sociologists.
