It offers a plausible framework for preparing coming generations to become better adapt…ive and even rich contributors in the globalized and intercultural world. The gate to the new millennium has brought great zeal in and at the same time contestations around this educational alternative. This work examined the stakeholders'perspective on the implementation of MTB-MLE as a pedagogical approach. The stakeholders' perspective were explored and analyzed through the results of the different focus group discussions among teachers, pupils, parents, local school board, parents-teachers and community association, non-government organization and local government unit. Results from this study indicate four major benefits of MTB-MLE, namely: expressing better ideas, building self-confidence, better retention, and promoting friendly environment. The implications of these findings revolve around the way in which the program can benefit students/pupils, language policy makers, teachers, curriculum planners and school administrators around the globe. 60 pp. Englisch.

Los resultados de este estudio indican cuatro beneficios principales del MTB-MLE, a saber: expresar mejores ideas, fomentar la confianza en uno mismo, mejorar la retención y promover un entorno amistoso. Diese Arbeit untersuchte die Perspektive der Beteiligten auf die Umsetzung von MTB-MLE als pädagogischen Ansatz. Die Perspektive der Beteiligten wurde anhand der Ergebnisse der verschiedenen Fokusgruppendiskussionen mit Lehrern, Schülern, Eltern, der örtlichen Schulbehörde, der Eltern-Lehrer- und Gemeindevereinigung, einer Nichtregierungsorganisation und einer lokalen Regierungseinheit untersucht und analysiert. Les résultats de cette étude révèlent quatre avantages majeurs de l'EML-MTB, à savoir : l'expression de meilleures idées, le renforcement de la confiance en soi, l'amélioration de la rétention et la promotion d'un environnement convivial.
