Ashley, addressed "Dear Sir" (presumably sent to university librarians, with this one being sent to a Harvard librarian), listing the bulletins that he was mailing to them. Many of the mimeographed bulletins have wear, short margin tears and/or chips and some soil; the bulletins range in length from 3 p. to 26 p.; most are about 11 p. each.
