It looks as if it's never been read. The book is 6 1/4" by 9 1/4" by 2 1/4" and has732 pages with an Index of 19 pages in the front of the book and the fore-mentioned illustrations/photographs. It's a work. (Imagine writing/printing this in 1905.) Should you decide to buy the book you will not have to pay any more for shipping and handling than ABE charges . . .
