Her second, The Dance Within, was published in 1999, and her first, The Music of Memories, in 1995. In turn, music, dance, theater and poetry have been consuming passions of her life. She loves to sing in the choir, run and walk on the beach in early morning, and chat with neighbors in the park near her home. At one time a member of the Paul Taylor Dance Company, Josephine Darner has also performed on television, with summer stock companies, in off-Broadway productions, and in a Broadway play.
