As the population has already built houses, shops, schools, churches, parking lots, fields and even offices of the State-owned companies, ICCN swears by the population's withdrawal. This leads to popular uprisings, insecurity, the presence of disease, famine, and the invisibility of certain wildlife and plant resources. Research has shown us that the interpretation of certain French words in the Park's boundary statement such as Route Carrossable, Point d'intersection, the delimitation of an area A to an area B such as 'from Beni to Kasindi', the refusal by the authorities of the time to allow the population to return to their land after the eradication of sleeping sickness, constitute the cause. 52 pp. Englisch.
