It seeks to analyze the impact of inserting a fixed expression into a specific context, as well as its effect on the form, meaning, and usage of the surrounding text. To this end, we have compiled a corpus consisting of two literary works by the Algerian Francophone writer Yasmina Khadra: *What the Day Owes the Night* and *The Attack*. The choice of this corpus is motivated primarily by the author's well-known tendency to subvert fixed expressions and her desire to break free from the constraints of language. We opted for a three-part structure, beginning with the study of fixed expressions at the discourse level (by selecting the adjectival phrase as the subject of study for the first part, identifying a sample of 48 phrases) and moving on to the study of fixed expressions at the sentence level (by examining proverbs and compiling an exhaustive list: 5 inserted as they originally appeared, 15 variants of the proverb, and 55 potentially proverbial sentences) and concluding with the study of figurative language at the level of the speech situation (by studying the pragmatem). Su objetivo es analizar el impacto que tiene la inserción de una expresión fija en un contexto concreto, tanto en la forma como en el sentido y el uso de lo que le sigue. Para ello, hemos recopilado nuestro corpus a partir de dos obras literarias, Ce que le jour doit à la nuit y L'attentat, de la escritora francófona argelina Yasmina Khadra. La elección del corpus se debe, esencialmente, al conocimiento de que este autor recurre al desvío de las secuencias fijas y a su voluntad de romper las ataduras del lenguaje. Hemos optado por un esquema tripartito, partiendo del estudio de la fijeza a nivel de la parte del discurso (eligiendo la locución adjetival como objeto de estudio de la primera parte, con una muestra de 48 locuciones) hasta el estudio de la fijeza a nivel de la frase (examinando el proverbio y recopilando una lista exhaustiva: 5 insertados tal y como son en su forma original, 15 variantes del proverbio y 55 frases potencialmente proverbiales) hasta llegar al estudio de la fijeza a nivel de la situación de enunciación (estudiando el pragmema).…
