Recht innig sollt' es mich freuen, wenn dieser Abriß Ihnen zum Belege dienen wollte, daß zeitgemäße Dinge hier besprochen werden [.]". - K. J. Körner studierte Theologie, Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch und war als Sprachlehrer tätig. Daneben übersetzte er Byrons "Hebräische Gesänge", deren einige von Robert Schumann vertont wurden, beschäftigte sich mit Shakespeare und veröffentlichte 1822 einen Band "Gedichte". - Papierbedingt etwas gebräunt, Bl. 2 mit kleinem Ausschnitt durch Siegelbruch (keine Textberührung); ohne das erwähnte Manuskript.
