All in good internal order bar offset toning from illustrations and a small area of damp marking with some surface damage to final few pages, though this not affecting text area. Pale brown boards a little marked, lightly worn and slightly sprung. Probably best regarded as a reading copy. 8vo. 78pp.

The most notable feature of this book is a bookplate inside the front cover, dated 1952, which includes the signature of Mayor Ernest Charles O'Dea ("E.C.O'Dea"), as well as the signature of the Town Clerk, which is not discernable.
