The illustrated contents show shelf wear and light pe…nciling, minor split at front hinge and a few spots, remains Very Good. This copy is from a 19th Century private lending institution, the Mercantile Library of New York City. There is a handwritten number and Mercantile Library stamp on the title page and some of the internal pages. There are no other indications of the library's ownership.
