Sie zeigt auf, daß Medienangebote als Objekt einer aktiven Suche nach Weltwissen durchaus Bedeutung für die Geschlechts(selbst)konstruktionen der Kinder gewinnen können. Allerdings sind diese (auch) durch Bilderbücher nicht beliebig formbar; die entscheidende Rolle kommt nach wie vor den konkreten Welterfahrungen zu. In diesem Sinne plädiert die Arbeit dafür, Bedingungen zu schaffen, unter denen Kinder 'männliche' und 'weibliche' Persönlichkeitsanteile gleichermaßen entwickeln können, und diskutiert Möglichkeiten, wie sich Medien (Bilderbücher) dabei unterstützend einsetzen lassen. 441 pp. Deutsch.…
