Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book investigates the boundaries of aesthetics, the philosophy of art and beauty. The author analyzes the debates between different schools of aesthetics and their relationships with other disciplines such as psychology, physiology, and biology. The author argues that aesthetics is a field that has been historically neglected and misunderstood, and that it is in need of a new foundation that takes into account the latest developments in these related fields. The book provides a comprehensive overview of the history of aesthetics and its major theories, and it offers a new perspective on the nature of beauty and the role of art in human life. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…

2 SS. 8vo.
