Foi utilizado um modelo de investigação ex-post-facto para o estudo. Die vorliegende Studie wurde in fünf Bezirken in Süd-Gujarat durchgeführt, die aufgrund der hohen Anzahl von Landwirtschaftsschulen ausgewählt wurden. Aus jedem Bezirk wurden 2 Landwirtschaftsschulen und aus jeder Landwirtschaftsschule 10 Begünstigte nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt, so dass die Stichprobengröße 100 betrug. Für die Studie wurde ein Ex-post-facto-Forschungsdesign verwendet. Die Studie ergab, dass die Nutznießer eine positive bis sehr positive Einstellung gegenüber der Landwirtschaftsschule hatten und ein mittleres Maß an Rollenwahrnehmung und Rollenleistung im Rahmen dieses Projekts besaßen. O presente estudo foi efectuado em cinco distritos do Sul de Gujarat, escolhidos em função do elevado número de escolas agrícolas. Em cada distrito, foram seleccionadas aleatoriamente 2 escolas agrícolas e, em cada escola agrícola, 10 beneficiários, o que fez com que o tamanho da amostra fosse 100. Foi utilizado um modelo de investigação ex-post-facto para o estudo. O estudo revelou que os beneficiários tinham uma atitude favorável a muito favorável em relação às escolas agrícolas e possuíam um nível médio de perceção e desempenho de papéis no âmbito deste projeto, pelo que se recomenda que, embora a ATMA seja mais provável entre os agricultores, a ATMA realize actividades motivacionais adequadas para aumentar a sua eficiência.
