Contains a total of 31 SEPARATE MESSAGES/INAUGURALS/SPEECHES (almost 600 pages) all bound together in the one volume. Various imprints. Begins with (#1) Message of Governor James Clarke to the First General Assembly of the State of Iowa, Dec. 1846 (14pp).
