A tal fine, vengono identificati i parametri significativi che influenzano l'SSE esaminando criticamente la letteratura esistente. Successivamente, viene stabilita la relazione tra i parametri e l'ESS. Ovvero, se si tratta di parametri vantaggiosi o non vantaggiosi. Infine, viene sviluppato un algoritmo basato sull'entropia dell'informazione che pesa sul modello di valutazione globale fuzzy, in cui vengono valutate le prestazioni di sintesi di ciascun servizio candidato per selezionare il servizio preferito.
