Macdonald Memorial Room". MacDonald owned the John MacDonald Bindery in New York, was a member of the Grolier Club, etc. Stories of turkey hunting at Turkey Hill Plantation in South Carolina. Laid-in is a card that I haven't seen in other copies of the book, saying that proceeds from the distribution of this book were to go to The Institute for the Crippled and Disabled, in New York. The typography, ink and paper used on the card appear to have been done by the printer who produced the book, although it isn't mentioned by Casada. Fine.
