Hardcover, faded green cloth spine with fairly bright gilt lettering, gray-brown boards with black lettering, xiii pages, 396 pages, with all illustrations present and counted, fore and bottom edges deckle, top edge gray, edges of boards show wear especially at corners where the underlying board is visible, light soil, cloth spine is in pretty good condition but faded, light foxing mainly to endpapers, tight, a decent copy, three publishers are lilsted on title page, but the top one is printed in blue ink and that is the one that I listed as the publisher, the other two are New York John Lane Company, and Toronto Bell & Cockburn.

There is an old, large yellow bookstore sticker inside front cover that extends over the top of the front cover. Maroon cloth cover is a bit worn-- corners are rubbed & bumped, there is a small holes in cloth on back and spine. Spine ends have tears, loose threads and a small pieces missing.
