This narrative was 1st published in 1890. Includes B&W photos as well as an appendix including official accounts and data regarding troops and encounters. This title listed as volume 18 in The Western Frontier Library published by the University of Oklahoma. John Frederick Finerty (1846¿1908) was a U.S. Representative from Illinois.
