Largely A Proud Exposition Of How Foreign Policy Must Be Conducted In Secret Even In A Democracy Because The Issues Are Too Complex, And The Relevant Information Too Confidential, For Those Outside The Government To Understand Let Alone Have Input Regarding Decision Making. If Anyone Out There Believes That Trump And His Ilk Understand That Issues Are Complex, Or Had Any Ideas About The Most Important Issues Affecting People's Own Lives, Or Even Had An Inkling Of What Complexity And Important Issues Are, They Might Find This Paen To Absolute Power Worthwhile: Foreign Policy And Nearly All Other Government Decisions Everywhere Are Made Secretly Only Because That Is What Is Politically Best For Those Holding Positions In Government. In The Past, Real Issues Were Not In The Sunlight - Except For Details About Administration Of Larger Policies Decided In Secret, And When Effects Became Public. The Internet May Be Changing This, But Not With Any Political Support Anywhere In The World. One Can't Expect Any Politician To Bring Up Any Issue Which Millions Of Sixteen-Year-Olds Aren't Already Well Aware Of; It's Not Like They Will Discuss Anything Complex Prior To Decision-Making.

Prima edizione
Condizione: Near Fine. First Edition. ca. mid-1970s. A complete run of trade catalogs featuring nude male models from Kensington Road Studio. Bound in publisher's illustrated stapled wraps, printed in black and white. Near Fine with light wear, light tanning and several pen marks to availability form at rears. Kurt Deitrick worked with Bruce of Los Angeles until Bruce's death. He started Kensington Studio in 1974 and sold Bruce's photos a short while after. Bruce Harry Bellas (July 7, 1909 July 1974) who became well-known under the pseudonym Bruce of Los Angeles, was an American photographer who was influential in his work with male physiques and nudes. In 1947, he began photographing bodybuilders in Los Angeles, California, beginning with taking pictures of bodybuilding competitions. In 1956, Bellas launched his own magazine, The Male Figure. Among physique photographers, Bellas' work was noted for having a distinctly campy, tongue-in-cheek sensibility. He also produced a number of early homoerotic 8 mm films.
