L'edificio infatti, in forma di basamento sopraelevato, dà l'impressione di emergere dall'asfalto della strada e di crescere in maniera coerente nel paesaggio. Tale effetto è ottenuto grazie all'utilizzo, nel rivestimento esterno, di placche di ductal, un materiale innovativo dalla notevole omogeneità minerale che, come un'elegante pelle di cemento, assicura al centro bus di Thiais la sua identità unica.
