Pencil scribbles on front endpapers, half-title and title page. Gutters stretched occasionally throughout volume. Light foxing throughout, heaviest towards prelims. On house and cottage construction with chapters on subjects like setting up in business, the builder and the architect, excavation, drain laying and paving etc.
