FAIR condition (at best). This is a great classic in early flight and needs no introduction. Calling this book in "Poor" condition is not quite fair (sorry!) to this Langley book. The work is not completely disbound but it is missing its covers and spine cover. And it is dinged up here and there. It IS coming apart in quires. And it is dusted and the covers are grimey . But?here it is, at a good go-away price if you just want the book as a book. It is complete with its 10 lovely plates. The question is if the book is in "FAIR" or "Poor" condition, which I guess is a condition statement all on its own. I don't want to call it "Poor" because there's nothing below that (Poor-minus?)--and this book actually could be in worse condition, so I'm going to go with that, and call it "Fair". In any event it survives and could be yours for two pounds of good coffee beans.
