Tight hardcover in good condition. 8vo. 128pp. Light green tweed boards and backstrip with black illustration of a boy on his bicycle and a standing girl watching a house being built on the front board and black lettering on the backstrip. Black & white illustrations throughout text. Book is clean & very tight. As shown in the photographs, this book has cyan printers ink from a sloppy printer close to the bottom edge of the front board, on the extreme bottom of the leaves, and the bottom edge of the back board. The book is a little bowed. The boards have a little wear. The illustration on the front board is bright & colorful. The backstrip has a little edgewear on the top & bottom - the lettering is bright & colorful. There is a 1/2" narrow stain where the top of the backstrip meets the backboard's hinge.
