Various aspects of Oregon are described and promoted such as its agricultural and economic opportunities, quality of land, and lumber industry; demand for Oregonian products outside of the state; and its quality of education, Oregon Agricultural College, accessibility to Great Northern Railway lines in the state, Crater Lake National Park, outdoor recreation, availability of government land, cultivation of crops, and dairying, stockraising, fruit-growing, and manufacturing industries. There are brief individual spotlights about Wasco and Sherman Counties, Crook County, Harney County, Lake County, Klamath County, Malheur County, Willamette Valley, Umpqua River Valley, Rogue River Valley, Columbia and Clatsop Counties, Multnomah County, Hood River Valley, Portland, Portland Rose Festival, and Astoria. In the back is a blank order or request form (with fill-in date of "191_") to General Immigration Agent E. C. Leedy on which petitioners could request information about train tickets to move from their current place of residence in the United States to Oregon.
