Carnet constitué de dessins originaux, signés V. Legand, et datés de 1848 et 1489. Il est fort probable que "V. Legand" ait été étudiant en architecture : son carnet contient des croquis de bâtiments et des études architecturales. Habile copiste, Legand reproduit à la plume des gravures sur bois auxquelles il a eu accès. Certains de ses dessins sont contrecollés dans l'album ; sûr de sa valeur, Legand signe tous ses dessins comme s'il en était l'inventeur. Jusqu'à présent, les recherches sur un potentiel architecte nommé Victor ou Vincent Legand, actif vers 1850 à Nancy, n'ont révélé aucune information concluante. Aucun nom correspondant ne semble associé à des ?uvres d?architecture ou à des projets spécifiques de cette époque dans les archives ou les bases de données accessibles. Joli document. 1848.
