There is one long tear running the dust jacket near the front cover gutter. The boards underneath are bumped and rounded. Interior text block has suffered some liquid damage, affecting most of the text block but not itnerfering with any text or images, and the pages are nto stuck together. First Edition. LeNoir was a newspaperman and writer for "The Thoroughbred of California" (which is interesting as the co-author's name is Furlong!) She was supposedly a housemother for Theta Phi Alpha at UCLA.
