Darioconus laueri, a new species attributed to the genus Darioconus Iredale, 1930 (Gastropoda: Conidae) is named. This species was collected in a restricted area in the Persian Gulf. Cylinder tagaroae n. sp. a species belonging to the genus Cylinder (Gastropoda, Conidae) is given a valid name. This species lives in the Philippines and was known as Cylinder telatus forma rugosus (Lauer, 1988). The latter was introduced as an infrasubspecific taxon and does not meet the requirements of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature. Kioconus ruthae, a new species provisionally attributed to the genus Kioconus (Gastropoda: Conidae), is named. This species was collected in Balabac, southern Palawan, Philippines by divers.
