Aggiungi al carrelloHardcover. Condizione: VG. First Edition. 8vo 8" - 9" tall. Very Good. A collection of tales involving transport with the aid of varioys inventions. Includes story of a burrowe leading to hollow earth, a spaceship / flying boat which travels to the moon and more. Seems to be a well loved kids book. Boards are in VG+ condition, s…till looking sharp. Kids bookplate in front along with a wrestling clipping. Possible presentation inscription by the author on ffep, but I've been unable to compare with other signatures. Signature is rather rough and seems like small section was highlighted at later stage to make more clear? Numerous notes, dates in pen next to content page, possibly indicated dates read. Comments written on preface page, back endpaper and first blank at end of the book. Bleiler 1978 suggest a 1915? Publication date while Reginald suggest 1920? Both are unsure. Bleiler 1978 p 124, Reginald 09088.
