The subject of the brochure is the traditional American philosophy and system of constitutionally limited government and how they have been flouted by all three Branches of the Federal government for decades - by the President and Congress since 1933 and by the Supreme Court (the Judiciary) since 1937. The prime principle - that the original intent of the Framers and Adopters of each provision of the Constitution, as amended, controls and defines its meaning - is the subject of the brochure's Point 1 (pp. 64-72); while Point 3 (pp. 82-84) explains wherein the Supreme Court erred in 1937 in adopting its antithetical policy of mind-changing at will as to the meaning of the Constitution. The cases on which the Court then relied, as precedents for that policy, are shown (pp. 99-114) to give no support therefor; they never having been identified by the Court, but listed in a 1949 address by Justice Douglas (see pp. 91 and 100).
