1st printing stated. Unpaginated, but 40pp, oblong (11 x 8.5), b&w drawings. Good condition in tan stapled wrappers (soft cover). bottom corner bumped, pages affected. A little crease at that corner of front cover. Otherwise clean and firmly bound. No tears or internal creases, no markings. Full page drawings of old deserted buildings in the wilds of Nevada, each one identified briefly. One long story about traveling in back country Nevada, full of old lore and local history. Reminiscences of his travels. Signed by Author.
