Poster. Condizione: Very Good. An original American insert poster (36 x 14 inches) for the 1946 film noir, "The Walls Came Tumbling Down", based on the novel by Jo Eisinger, and directed by Lothar Mendes. Poster with horizontal mailing folds, creases, scattered soil and stains, light edge wear, some foxing and brief notations verso. A nice example of a colorful and uncommon poster. A film noir biblio mystery, with an intrepid newspaperman working to solve the murder of a priest by following the coded clues found within the dead man's Bible to help find a valuable Leonardo da Vinci painting.
