A couple of the plates are partially loose. Some of the page paper is age toned, whereas the rest is still bright. A collection of short stories, which includes a full colour frontispiece by Jessie Wilcox Smith and a number of rather simple (and forgettable) silhouette prints by the author. An interesting volume for the Jessie Wilcox Smith completist. Illustrated by Jessie Wilcox Smith & R.I. Low (illustratore).
