Invented by Fred Waller and supported by Lowell Thomas, Cinerama used a three camera technique and curved screens to present a much more vivid film. Despite the impressive technology for the time, it had several drawbacks which prevented it from catching on to mainstream success. This work discusses the innovations and technology of Cinerama, and provides a program to the film "This is Cinerama." GOOD condition. Some fading and soiling to the covers. Some wrinkling and creasing.
