They collaborated on dozens of novels and travel romances from the late 1890s through the 1920s, often blending adventure, humor, and early automobile culture. Alice was the more prolific storyteller, while Charles handled editing and technical details - together they became known as "The Williamsons", a brand name in Edwardian popular fiction. This novel revolves around three women on a "road trip" during the turn of the century through France and Italy. Book reflects the state of motoring 115 years ago!
